The present reality prices artificial, hiked with the help of brokers, when you call a broker to find out the price of any particular project they may quote a price but when you call them to find out the price to sell your flat in the same project then they tell you much lower price, there is big difference in the rate quote by builders and resellers because the fact is there is no real demand and it is not easy to find a buyer, even though builder may say all flats are sold out.
